    I heard that in the deleted scene from ROTJ where Luke constructs his lightsaber, he is in Obi-Wans old hut on Tatooine…. and what green lightsaber was in Obi-wans possession? QUI GONS!

    So the timing in the video is off. This finale happens right before Scarif/A New Hope. We know Ezra was born on the first Empire Day, which was born at the end of Revenge of the Sith, which is 19 years prior to A New Hope. Ezra has to be 19 here. From A New Hope through the end of Return of the Jedi is 4 years, which means Jacen Syndulla is probably 4-5, which is about what he looks, and which makes the Kanan/Hera thing make sense in terms of the timeline. She could've just gotten pregnant within that last season.

    I wish krennic was actually shown because I feel he could have done so much to the ghost crew and maybe even to lothal as a hole(*cough cough* Death Star *cough cough*)

    you can see Hera touching her belly at the beginning of the ep when Ezra is looking at the holo of his parents…

    Always trust Dave Filoni and his work! The Clone Wars was incredible! It was instrumental in me accepting the existence of the Prequel movies. I came in to Rebels knowing Dave Filoni understands Star Wars and how to add to the lore/canon (unlike Rian Johnson and his crew).

    I wish they would finally add Ashoka to the cinematic universe. She has such a good backstory.

    Great show and TV show and great reaction overall. Kind of disappointed with with questions that are inevitably going to be answered through the new Disney streaming service shows. Here is my series review:

  • Manuel Calavera 11 / 03 / 2018 Reply

    That was a great ending! Wrapping everything up and simultaneously opening up so many different possibilities for future content. A new animation show set after Ep 6? Ashoka and Sabine searching Ezra? A new movie or even trilogy of Thrawn somewhere in outer space? Thrawn returning after Ep 6 … Heir of the Empire is a "Legend" something of it might just be true.

    I can't help it but Palpatine looks like Megamind when he's doing that Jor-El impression to train Hal as a superhero.

    Every single moment during this series finale was done with so much thought and so much care. This is such an incredable show. It never occurred to me until now how much I'm going to miss Rebels❤️(Also they finally credit Dave Faloni as Chopper in the credits:)

    Do you think there's a chance Sabine will be trained in the ways of the force by Ahsoka? Kanan says that the Force is in all living things you just have to be open to it and can't be conflicted which in Trials the darksaber she was dealing with also in Legacy of Mandalore she says killing is not my way calling back to Anakin saying it's not the Jedi way. I know both her and Ahsoka have to go find Ezra but how did Ahsoka know Sabine was there, maybe she sensed her? I don't know this is me just theorizing but at the end I definitely got a vibe that she might be trained by Ahsoka would like to hear your guys's thoughts.

  • Brister 14 / 03 / 2018 Reply

    When you realize Ahsoka lived to be 40 years old…and only ten years ago for us in 2008 she was introduced as this snippy (lol) teen jedi, how far we've come….

  • Mattman 14 / 03 / 2018 Reply

    Makes me even more emotional when Eric has to fight back the tears to say "Ahsoka.." at the end there. Such a good ending. Can't wait for what comes next.

    In the post episode discussion, I heard that you guys haven't read the new Thrawn book. I highly recommend it. Governor Arihnda Pryce is a huge character character in that. You discover how she came to prominence, overthrew Governor Ryder Azadi (he's in it a fair amount), and eventually became Governor. With that, you also learn a lot more about Lothal and why the empire is invested there. Tarkin and the Emperor are also in it. The novel finishes off almost exactly where he joins the show in season 3.

    I've got the box set of CW on Blu-ray, but it's only 1-5. 6 is a non-entity in the UK.

    Glory be to the fuckin' gods that this reaction series is over and done with.

    One of my bigger pet peeves is my frustration with douchelords who pretend to know about shit and screw it up royally. The amount of times I grit my teeth, clenched my fist, scowled obscenities and/or sighed deeply whenever I saw episodes of this were of a very high frequency.

    Because you have these three idiots who routinely screwed up the names "Satine" and "Sabine" (which is the closest thing to understandable yet you think they'd catch on to the episode in question making a great distinction between the two) in one episode;

    They called the SIEGE of Mandalore the "uh, Battle of Mandalore" in one instance;

    They called the Imperial Super Commandos "Mandalorian Super Commandos";

    They mispronounced the name "Gregor" as "Gray-GOR" even though his name is pronounced "Greh-grrr" (and is even spoken as such not five seconds after they fuck up his name);

    They called Kanan's master Depa Billaba "Depa Bah-billuh" (which, for some reason, throws me back to that one Spongebob episode that focuses on Plankton's redneck cousins, one of which was named "Billy Billy Bo Billy Banana Fana Fo Filly".);

    They called the Imperial Interdictor cruiser an "In-dic-tater";

    And they're so goddamn stupid that they can't even tell a WOMAN'S voice from a MAN'S – there's an episode of Rebels with a female Death Trooper voiced by Jennifer Hale (if they actually watched "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" like they claimed to, they'd recognize her as Aayla Secura or Riyo Chuchi), and I recognized the character as a woman right away. Why? Because the last time I checked, Jennifer Hale is a woman, and typically women voice either women or prepubescent boys (as in the case of Timmy Turner, Chuckie Finster and Jimmy Neutron, just to name three), and the Death Trooper wasn't a little boy.

    Seriously, either open your ears or research something if you aren't certain of what it actually is.
