Very sensible thing to do, Liam, having a little break, least there's only five episodes of this season left. You gonna be finishing off Arrow and the Flash at least? Apart from that, I think Ruby needs Oliver, William and Rene's daughter Zoe there, especially William and Zoe, having two kids close to or at her age would give Ruby a lot of reassurance and company

Yeah sorry, I don't really feel bad for Imra at all. She knew how much Mon-El loved Kara since she has known him for 7 years and it's not like they even got married out of love it was an arranged marriage. And he didn't fall in love with Imra like he did for Kara he just grew to love her because he knew there was no other way he would ever get back to Kara. And if she was willing to risk everything like that, than Mon-El should be able to stay with Kara if he wants. And from what we see it seems like Imra is fine with that.

Lena is awful she smiles at supergirl then shits on her behind her back to kara off all people now kara knows to never trust her

I just think one of Karas biggest fears is being vulnerable and the most vulnerable thing in the world is Kryptonite. And if her and her cousins aren't ok with the DEO having Kryptonite then she isn't going to like Lena having it either. I think both sides have fair points, and Kara did apologize. I just think it freaks her out knowing someone knows how to make it. But I guess her apology was to late which sucks. I wonder what Lena is going to do if she finds out Kara is Sueprgirl now…

i just fear for the day Lena finds out Kara is Supergirl (if she doesn't know already; Lena kind of sounded like she already knew in that last scene with Kara and just wanted to see if she can get a reaction out of her) because the way it is now she will feel so betrayed by her best friend. Kara was the only one who always trusted and believed in her to be good and now to find out that that same person lied to her and never actually fully trusted her is gonna wreck her. A lot of the times Karas trust in her was also what helped her getting over the "i'm a Luther, i guess it's just my destiny to be bad" thing. not to mention the betrayal she's gonna feel when she finds out that on top of Kara not trusting her with her secret, everyone else in her circle of friends and acquaintances except for Sam knew about Kara. ALEX,JAMES, J'onn, Winn….she's the only one who was kept in the dark. And they were the first real friends she ever had.

Idk but this sounds to me like the typical cliché route to becoming a villain of some sorts…and i really don't want that to happen. I love their group friendship so much but a lot of them are making stupid decisions lately that will come and bite them in the ass later on.

Lena's "lots of things kill humans" argument is a false equivalency. First, lots of things can kill Supergirl — albeit they are usually alien (and unlike Kal, Kara grew up in a mortal world — she viscerally understands death just as humans do). Second, put plutonium or ebola in that lead case instead of kryptonite and see how comfortable Lena is about the possibility of it showing up one day at the office. That said, Kara was OK with kryptonite (not happy, but OK) before Kal put this zero-tolerance notion about it in her head. It's a useful substance for all the threats that arrive and seems to be a fair-to-middlin' power source as well (cf. Alex's exo-suit). It should be treated much as nuclear substances are by humans: monitor and manage.

Speaking of kryptonite, how was Supergirl not noticeably affected by the kryptonite she and Mon-El brought to fight Reign in the panic room? There was a lot of it in a relatively small area, and there should have been fragments scattered about after Mon-El shot Reign. Guess she's just lucky none of them happened to be within a critical distance.

The dynamic between Lena and Supergirl is now interestingly on its head. It's Supergirl who apologizes and seeks approval/redemption, not Lena. It's possible this could lead to a better Girl of Steel — one who has learned from her mistakes. That someone in charge can be a boss or a leader, and she's been more of the former this season. It might not be enough for her and Lena to fully trust each other again, but a reasonable truce doesn't seem too farfetched. James and Kara, on the other hand….

Liam, the point is, she didn't tell her… period. Let her know and why, then she'll have to deal with it. It was more about how it was done and second that it could kill her. Just like Lena said SG went behind her back with James, Lena did the same with something a lot more deadly and put her man, who is her friend in a position to lie, compromised. It could have been prevented by telling her from the start. Then by the time Reign came around, she would have to go to Lena for help… Another last ditch weapon in the arsenal… If you have a way to wield it or someone to wield it.

This episode was better than most this season but still had a few problems. I don’t think they showed Ruby interacting with any character enough to consider them family, the logic they used to beat Reign was unclear especially considering before she just did whatever that hooded woman told her to do and Ruby recognizing her mom after the mask fell off but nobody recognizing Kara is just getting a little stupid.
Few questions: Why did Sam’s mom have a photograph of Sam and Ruby? Sam clearly has problems with her and probably wouldn’t have sent a picture.
Is Winn’s dirt collection a callback to that price of dirt Winn got from the alien planet in season 2?
What was the point of sending Alex to see Ruby? Also why not have J’onn visit or call Ruby disguised as Sam?
Isn’t the Titan Alliance based on Mon-el and Imra’s marriage, thus making his return important?
How did Reign hear Ruby, are they so close to the city she can still hear her clearly?

I hope that's Tanya Spears at the end of the episode. Tanya Spears is the Power Girl from the Super-family, and the Teen Titans.
